Vitamin C is a powerful tool against allergies. Start with 1000 mg per day, and if is necessary increase the dose.

If you have very strong reactions, you can use calcium and magnesium supplements together, because with joint forces release the body of histamine.

1000 mg of calcium and 400 mg magnesium is required dose.
