Step 1 Ingredients:
-¼ cup of turmeric powder
-½ teaspoon of grounded pepper
-½ cup of filtered water
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and cook them on low heat until it becomes like a paste. Leave it to cool and then place it in a pitcher. Keep it in the fridge.
-1 cup of almond milk
-1 teaspoon of organic natural coconut oil
-¼ of the paste you prepared from the step one
Put the compounds in a saucepan and cook on a low heat. Mix it well in order not to burn. Once it is done you can add a little bit of honey in order to get better taste.
