Side-effects of turmeric consumption
There are no known side-effects of turmeric consumption, but turmeric supplements have some adverse side-effects. Avoid taking them if you’re pregnant, trying to conceive, if you’re suffering from gallbladder disease or a hormone-sensitive condition.
