The ultimate anti stress drink
-1 large apple
-Handful of spinach
-1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds (lightly ground)
-1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (lightly ground)
-200 ml Water
Put cucumber, apple, celery and spinach and water in a blender or food extractor and mix all together. After add a well crushed avocado, both seeds and mix well. If the drink is not thick, add a little bit more water and your juice is ready.
