When the “bad” cholesterol level is too high for the heart and can build up in the walls of the arteries. This decreases blood flow and can put you at risk for heart attack or stroke. The arteries are blocked and hardened due to excessive intake of fats, white sugar and foods high in cholesterol.
When the arteries become blocked, blood flow is restricted, and over time this can trigger a heart attack or stroke.
The symptoms of artery blockages are as follows:
– Acute discomfort in the center or left of the chest
– Frequent indigestion
– Contracted jaws
– General irritability
Here are 2 recipes to prevent heart blockages and regulate blood lipids.
– 1 cup lemon juice
– 1 cup ginger juice
– 1 cup garlic juice
– 1 cup apple cider vinegar
Mix everything and cook over medium heat for half an hour.
Let it cool and then add 3 cups of organic honey.
Transfer to a glass bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
Each morning, before breakfast, take a spoonful.
Improvement using whole lemons without seeds.
Wash the lemon and cut into pieces, and then clean the garlic.
Place the lemon, garlic, and ginger in a blender and blend until it is smooth.
Place the mixture in a container with 2 liters of water, and put it in the fire until it boils. Stir occasionally. After the
water boils, remove the container.
Cover the pan and let it cool. Paste and store in glass jar.
You should drink one cup per day, at least 2 hours before eating, every day for three weeks.
– 6 peeled lemons, cut into small pieces
– 30 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces
Put into the food processor or blender, fill with proper water, and mix.
Pour the mixture into the pot and add 2 liters of water.
Bring to a boil and simmer for another five minutes.
When it cools, sift the liquid and transfer it in a glass bottle.
Discard the residue.
Keep in the refrigerator.
Mode of consumption:
1. First Dose: Drink 50 ml every day for three weeks.
2. Then stop for a week.
3. Second Dose: Drink 50 ml every day for the next three weeks.
