Vitamins are nutrients that must be taken through food because our body (with few exceptions) cannot produce them. They help the body to function properly. They are essential for every process that occurs inside our body. They play irreplaceable role in metabolism and allow countless processes in the body to function normally.


Vitamins boost the immune system, support normal growth and development and can help the cells and the organs to perform their function.

In addition we present you one vegetarian delicious shake that is filled with vitamins and allows good health if you drink it regularly.


-1 small sized clove of beet, approximately boiled, 120g
-125ml coconut cooled milk
-1 ripe banana
-2 seeds of cardamom
-7 ice cubes
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
-A small pinch of sea salt
-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed juice from lemon
-Chia seeds for decoration


Place all previously mentioned ingredients in blender except chia seed. Blend the ingredients until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Place the frappe inside cups of glass. Sprinkle chia seed on them for decoration.

Consume one cup daily of this shake.
